An individual, club, organization, class reunion, or a business can give a one-time memorial scholarship of $100 or more.

A permanent memorial fund can be established with $2000 or more, which does not have to be collected all at once. The original money is invested in an interest bearing account and each year the interest generated by that account is awarded as a scholarship.

You may also create a trust. Trust fund scholarships are distributed by Candia Dollars for Scholars on the basis of criteria specified in the trust. To create a trust, we recommend that you consult your bank's trust officer.

A charitable life insurance plan is another bequest idea you may want to pursue. We suggest that you consult your life insurance underwriter for further information.

Donations to the CDS General Scholarship Fund in any amount are welcomed at any time. All gifts are tax deductible.
